Developing a neutral framework for documenting software mechanics and strategies

I am trying to organize a set of objective notes regarding how various digital platforms describe their software logic and outcome variables. It is often quite difficult to compare these guides because the language used can be very descriptive or vary significantly between different authors. I’d like to create a neutral, easy-to-review summary that sticks only to clearly stated points, links each point to a visible section, and notes the verification date. How do you organize your research notes so they stay calm and consistent across different strategy types?

For calmer notes, I simplify each statement to one idea and avoid adding any extra qualifiers or descriptive adjectives about the "potential" of the strategy. I reviewed Bankroll Management Guide and turned each section into a simple, traceable statement with a specific check date. This makes it much easier to compare mechanics across multiple guides without getting distracted by promotional wording. If you want, share your phrasing style for these summaries so we can discuss the format.
